Terms and Conditions

• All prices in USD, paid in advance. Partial payments options for larger projects available. Payments are invoiced via square, with credit and bank options.

• Illustrations are for personal use only Unless otherwise discussed. Commercial pricing options are available. Please contact.

• Commissions without full reference will incur a character design fee depending on complexity

• Digital Illustrations to include a single reasonable revision. Any additional revisions or changes after the 50% completion will incur an additional fee. High resolution image file will be delivered upon completion. printed cardstock copy of the painting may be requested with a printing and shipping fee. 11x17 inch size print. Responsibility of any damages or problems with shipping and handling of the artwork falls upon the shipping distributor.

• Watercolor illustrations do not include any revisions due to the nature of the media. Size of watercolor is approximate. Responsibility of any damages or problems with shipping and handling of the artwork falls upon the shipping distributor.

• The Artist retains all commercial rights to the illustration, which includes but is not limited to: use of the Commission for Artist promotion, distributed on social media, and may be created on public platform such as twitch. The commissioned Illustration is not to be edited, altered, or distributed for commercialized profit in any way by any party other than the Artist.

• All commissions are worked on in order of fully paid invoices. Commercial work will have priority over personal use. Typical turn around time of 4-8 weeks. Rush order available for an additional 50% fee.

• No refunds after 50% completion
